    I can definitely identify some of the bad habits I have (while I won’t always admit I have them). I think that writing them down as you say, and make a concrete plan on what to do to end them is a great way to handle it. Also asking for help and sharing your bad habits with someone who cares about you is a great motivator for changing that habit.
